Sr. Project Manager

Sr. Project Manager Location Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX What You’ll Do Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measures Serve as a seller/doer, developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areas Lead and mentor other project managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the team Prepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents Track and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are met What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 8 years of project management experience required Professional Engineer (PE) license required Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processes Experience preparing proposals and project documentation as well as interpreting client contracts Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred Ability to travel as needed Why You’ll Love It Here Guide high‑visibility initiatives that improve energy performance, strengthen system reliability, and help clients meet critical operational and business objectives Deliver complex projects from concept through completion, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges across power, industrial, and advanced technology environments Shape project success at every stage by driving strategy, managing scope and risk, and delivering innovative solutions that create lasting value for clients Explore how CHA supports manufacturing and advanced technology facilities at: chasolutions.com/solutions/manufacturing-advanced-technology-facilities/ Salary Range $150,000 - $165,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
