Operations Manager
ICON Fabrication, LLC.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the President of Allstate Crane, which is under new management, and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Goose Creek, SC facility. This role will provide leadership and direction for safety, rental, parts, service, transportation, and support personnel while ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Responsibilities Lead and manage operations, safety, and maintenance while ensuring alignment with company policies and goals. Directly manage and develop staff, fostering a high-performance team culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee departmental resources, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, workforce training, and compliance with company policies regulations including customer DOT, MSHA, OSHA requirements. Provide leadership in resolving contracts and customer service. Collaborate with other department managers to streamline processes from job quotation through execution and closeout. Requirements Extensive working knowledge of the mobile crane industry, including crawler cranes, rough terrain cranes, all‑terrain cranes, gantry cranes, and tower cranes. 5 years minimum management experience with an equipment rental operation, dealership, or related industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing rental operations, service center, and overseeing multiple projects. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and crane management software. Working knowledge of heavy lifting and heavy hauling equipment. Mastery of lift plans, load charts, crane capabilities and rigging. Self starter leader with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to adapt to planned and reactive projects. Strong customer service background. Benefits Competitive pay. 401(K) plan after 1 year.
