Responsibilities Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry‑specific standards and best practices. Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain‑specific insights. Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector. Conduct in‑depth research on third‑party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability. Coordinate the implementation of solutions, address issues during setup and integration, and support the development and maintenance of SOPs to ensure system stability and performance post‑implementation. Contribution to the Team Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and coordination skills with a focus on process optimization. Ability to create detailed process maps and technical documentation with domain specialization. Proactive approach to conducting benchmarking studies and product research. Familiarity with system implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Effective collaboration and communication abilities with cross‑functional teams. Required Skills and Experience Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related role. Experience in advanced Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Amazon QuickSight) and AWS. Ability to gather, define, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Utilization of data, metrics, and analytical techniques to derive actionable business insights. Provision of data‑driven recommendations and influence on business decisions. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience working in a customer‑facing or consulting environment. Exposure to end‑to‑end product or application development (AWS/PowerBI) lifecycle. Prior experience in conducting code/design reviews. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education. Position may require relocation and/or travel to the project location.
