Assistant Gym Manager — Flexible Schedule & Community Lead

Central Rock Gym

Central Rock Gym is seeking an Assistant Manager in Harvard, Massachusetts. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, membership, events, and customer service. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure a welcoming environment and smooth operations. Ideal candidates should have 2+ years of climbing experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lead a team.
