Cardiology - PhysicianJob Title: Cardiologist Location: Longview, Washington Schedule: 2:00PM - 10:00PM x 5 Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension. Pay Rate: $261 - $281/hrAstrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Cardiologist for a temporary assignment in Longview, Washington. These positions are 26-week locum tenens contracts with the ability to extend.Responsibilities for a Cardiologist:• Provide General Cardiology services in both inpatient and outpatient settings • Manage a patient population of adults ages 18 and older • See an average of 13 patients per day • Perform rounding and admissions for inpatient care in a 134-bed facility • Provide outpatient clinic services at the cardiology clinic location • Participate in a 1:6 call schedule, covering one week every sixth week • Cover Monday through Friday evening weeknight call as part of the call rotation • Cover 24-hour weekend call on Saturdays and Sundays during assigned call weeks • Perform invasive cardiology procedures as required • Perform Cardiac CT or CTA procedures as required • Provide documentation of General Cardiology procedures performed within the previous 24 months, including diagnosis or procedure, date, and facility • Maintain an active Washington State medical license (MD/DO) • Maintain current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross • Utilize Epic EMR system for clinical documentation • Maintain compliance with COVID-19 vaccine requirements • Complete 8 hours of non-billable orientation prior to clinical start • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environmentBenefits for a Cardiologist:Weekly pay every FridayComprehensive Professional Malpractice Insurance24/7 Recruitment SupportFull-service Credentialing and Corporate Travel TeamReferral Bonus up to $5,000
