Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Title: Sales and Marketing Manager Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 DOE + Commission + Annual Performance Incentives A growing custom window and door manufacturer is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development initiatives, oversee a high-performing sales team, and help drive the company's next phase of expansion. This hands‑on leadership role combines strategic sales planning, team management, contractor relationship building, and marketing oversight to support continued growth across new markets. You'll work closely with company leadership to strengthen existing partnerships, expand the customer base, and optimize sales performance across multiple showroom locations. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales leader who thrives in the construction or building supply industry, enjoys developing teams, and knows how to turn strategy into measurable business growth. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage approximately 10 showroom sales and customer service team members across multiple locations Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share Build new business relationships through networking, cold outreach, and strategic business development Grow partnerships with contractors, builders, dealers, hardware stores, and other building supply customers Monitor sales performance, track quotes and orders, and coach the sales team to achieve performance goals Ensure sales orders are accurate and collaborate with customers to resolve payment or account issues when needed Partner with showroom managers to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness Work closely with production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and projects are delivered accurately Requirements 5+ years of progressive B2B sales and marketing experience within the construction, building materials, or building supply industry Experience selling to contractors, builders, dealers, or commercial construction customers Previous supervisory or sales leadership experience Strong business development and networking skills with a proven ability to generate new business Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas), Word, and PowerPoint Benefits Competitive base salary of $85,000–$120,000 DOE Sales commission and annual performance incentive opportunities Opportunity to lead a growing team during an exciting expansion phase Annual performance reviews and salary increases If you're an experienced sales leader with a passion for building relationships, developing teams, and driving growth within the construction or building supply industry, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
