Role: Program Manager roleLocation:- Sunnyvale CAJob description:Role OverviewSeeking a highly experienced Program Manager / Business Analyst with strong Generative AI expertise to lead enterprise AI initiatives from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate will drive stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, product definition, and successful delivery of AI-powered solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of AI programs including planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define AI use cases, product requirements, and roadmaps.Drive product and business requirements for AI-enabled solutions.Collaborate with engineering, data science, and AI teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.Lead executive updates, governance reviews, and cross-functional coordination.Required Skills8+ years of Program Management, Product Management, or Business Analysis experience.Strong understanding of Generative AI, including: Large Language Models (LLMs)Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)Agentic AIExperience delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.Preferred SkillsExperience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Conga, or similar.Domain knowledge in contract management processes and workflows.Prior experience with Apple, Microsoft, or other large technology organizations.Agile/Scrum experience.Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong GenAI-focused BA/PM with both business and technical acumen.Proven track record of leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives.Experience driving AI product strategy and execution in complex organizations.Applicant Notices & DisclaimersFor information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click here
