As a family of 14 regional businesses, we thrive on innovation and teamwork, empowering our people to shape the future of the electrical industry.Electrical Wholesalers, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Stamford, CT location.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers.Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers.Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.Other duties assigned by the manager.Qualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Prior customer service experience is essential.Electrical product knowledge is strongly preferred.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Basic math skills and comfort using web browsers and data entry tools.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse conditions.Eagerness to learn and thrive in a team-oriented environment.At USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference--to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
