Part-Time Bank Teller

Job Description Provide prompt and accurate financial transactions in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products and services. Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations. Open new accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation. Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and other routine customer requests. Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback. Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals. Refer customers professionally to appropriate bank departments. Safeguard customer information, adhere to regulations, and maintain security. Process transactions while maintaining accurate records. Participate in local community and bank-sponsored events. Education & Experience Requirements The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and preferably possess six to twelve months of bank teller experience. Additional desired qualities include customer service, sales, or cross‑selling experience. Compensation & Benefits Hourly: $16.54 – $22.67.
