Pay Rate: $27.00/hr on w2
\n \nCandidate Profile - We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on tax operations experience in one or more of the following areas:

- We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on tax operations experience in one or more of the following areas \n
- Year-end tax reporting, including Forms 1099 and 1042-S. \n
- Tax operations quality assurance, testing, and control execution \n
- U.S. withholding tax regulations, including NRA, FATCA, and Backup Withholding requirements. \n
Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree \n
- 1-3 years of financial services experience, preferably within Tax Operations, Tax Compliance, or Operations Control functions \n
- Experience validating IRS Forms W-8 and W-9 and/or supporting Forms 1099 and/or 1042-S reporting preparation. \n
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills \n
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to reconcile and validate data accurately \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills \n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word \n
- Experience with data analytics and end-user automation tools preferred (e.g., CoPilot, Power BI, Alteryx) \n
- Experience conducting Quality Control Testing a plus \n
- Knowledge of CRS and/or Canadian tax reporting requirements a plus \n
