Responsable SI oprationnel - Migration ERP - Secteur Vinicole - Orange (H/F)

Contexte Du Poste
En pleine phase de transformation digitale, notre groupe est engag dans un projet critique de migration d'ERP. Cette migration vers Business Central est un enjeu majeur pour garantir notre croissance continue et notre comptitivit. Actuellement, notre dpartement informatique est compos de quelques collaborateurs spcialiss dans la maintenance, l'administration des bases de donnes et le dveloppement. En raison de la charge de projets SI en cours et venir, nous recherchons un Chef de Projet Fonctionnel pour nous accompagner dans cette transition numrique.
Missions
**Principales** :
- Piloter le projet de migration de Navision 2018 vers Business Central.
- Organiser et suivre le projet en mthode agile, assurer le respect des dlais et des jalons.
- Assurer la coordination des diffrentes parties prenantes et services impacts par la migration.
**Annexes** :
- Grer d'autres projets SI simultans en fixant les chances et objectifs.
- Apporter un soutien fonctionnel aux quipes impliques dans le projet.
Stack Technique
**Comptences matriser** :
- Connaissance approfondie des ERP, idalement Navision 2018 et Business Central.
- Matrise des mthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum).
**Environnement technique global** :
- cosystme Microsoft.
- Interaction avec des logiciels interconnects tels que Primus.
Profil Recherche
**Formation** : Bac +3 minimum en gestion de projet ou quivalent.
**Exprience** : Minimum 3 ans d'exprience en gestion de projet, idalement avec une exprience de migration ERP.
**Soft skills** : Excellentes capacits de communication, autonomie, orientation solutions, aptitude naviguer dans un environnement en constante volution.
