Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth TX. This position supports marketing initiatives by preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining marketing collateral aligned with TRG’s brand and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and editing marketing content, assisting with social media and digital outreach, and tracking marketing metrics for reporting. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with project manager and leadership to support business development activities, organize marketing-related events, and ensure timely completion of marketing projects. The role also involves maintaining contact databases, coordinating with external vendors as needed, and contributing creative ideas to strengthen TRG’s presence in the Texas markets it serves. Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills to prepare clear, professional marketing materials and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Sales support experience, including assisting with business development efforts, proposal preparation, and client-facing marketing initiatives. Event Planning and Project Management abilities to organize marketing events, manage timelines, and coordinate tasks across teams. Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, CRM or marketing platforms, social media channels). Ability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Relevant experience in marketing coordination or a related field; experience in engineering, construction, or professional services is a plus.
