Responsibilities Assist with customer and community outreach initiatives. Represent the company in a friendly, professional manner. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community members. Identify customer needs and provide helpful information or solutions. Participate in promotional events and community activities. Assist with organizing promotional materials and outreach resources. Support customer follow-ups and relationship-building efforts. Collaborate with team members to achieve communication and business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Comfortable interacting with customers and community members. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous public relations, communications, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
