The Medical Assistant will support clinicians by preparing exam rooms, taking vital signs, updating medical histories, and assisting with examinations and minor procedures. Daily responsibilities include managing patient intake and flow, handling basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and documentation, and ensuring exam rooms and equipment are clean and stocked. The role also involves explaining instructions to patients, coordinating follow-up visits, and supporting overall clinic operations to promote an efficient and respectful care environment.\nQualifications\n\n Candidates should possess strong Medical Assisting skills, including Phlebotomy as well as front desk skills.\n Reliable transportation is important.\n Candidates should possess some knowledge of Medical Terminology.\n Candidates should possess experience in a Medical Office setting, including scheduling, front-desk coordination, and basic back office tasks.\n Candidates should possess Patient Care skills, such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for visits,\n Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training is preferred.\n Certification as a Medical Assistant (such as CMA or RMA) is beneficial.\n Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities, with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered service.\n\n
