Civil Engineering Project Manager Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact between City staff and internal/external technical teams, providing project updates and presenting proposals to clients, city councils, boards, and commissions. Prepare engineering project proposals, task orders, and City Council Staff Reports, outlining project scope, schedule, and fees. Hold a current CA Professional Engineer (PE) license and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Demonstrate experience in setting horizontal and vertical alignments for streets and utility improvements, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
