We are looking for a friendly, capable, and team-oriented  Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our established dental practice in Havertown!

Our ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates with kindness and professionalism, and works well as part of a team. You will be one of the first people our patients interact with, so a welcoming personality and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and help them feel comfortable
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient check-in and check-out
• Verify insurance information and collect payments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and team members
• Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly

Qualifications

• Previous dental front desk experience is preferred
• Experience with  Dentrix software is strongly preferred
• Friendly, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy dental office
• Able to work collaboratively with an existing team
• Committed to providing excellent patient service
