Software Engineer Lead - Contractor

Job Title: Backed Developer Lead - Java/c# Location: Dallas, TX Type: Contract Compensation: Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 Security Clearance: Responsibilities Implement, modify, and maintain authentication policies and customized components to support customer and employee authentication. Develop and optimize backend systems using compiled languages such as Java or C#. Ensure effective API integration and understanding for seamless system communication. Participate in front‑end UI/UX development as a beneficial skill to enhance end‑user experience. Work within domains such as banking or identity access management, handling domain‑specific requirements. Maintain security best practices across application development, including application and security protection measures. Requirements Back‑end development experience with compiled languages such as Java or C#. Understanding of APIs and their integration. Exposure to application security and protective measures. Java/Linux background; experience with OpenShift containers preferred over Windows. High School Degree and bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field, or equivalent work experience. 5 years’ experience working on enterprise‑level systems. Certifications showing scaled agile training are a plus. Self‑motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with a geographically distributed team across multiple time zones and work remotely.
