Administrative Assistant

Our client is seeking a polished and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support the President in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives while managing multiple priorities in a high-energy office setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the President, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and calls
- Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers and vendors, maintaining strong communication and timely follow-up
- Enter, update, and maintain customer service information accurately within ServiceNow and other internal systems
- Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate records and reporting
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office remains fully stocked and organized
- Assist with daily office operations and provide additional administrative support as needed
- Associate's degree required
- 2-3 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar CRM/ticketing systems isa plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday
- Positive, high-energy, and proactive attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and competing deadlines
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle pressure professionally
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
