AP Disbursement Specialist

Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on an entry level AP Disbursement Specialist. The AP Disbursement Specialist will work collaboratively with the other finance teams to process invoices, maintain accurate records and support the execution of daily payment runs including ACH and check disbursements. Support the end-to-end Accounts Payable process Responsibilities Support the end-to-end Accounts Payable process Execute and assist with payment runs, including: ACH (electronic payments) Check processing and distribution Review and update payment reports to ensure accuracy Process invoices scheduled for payment Coordinate payment approvals with internal teams (e.g., Treasury) Prepare, print, and distribute checks (mail/FedEx) Maintain organized records of payments and documentation Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed Looking for someone who enjoys routine, is reliable and organized We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
