ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and gained leadership experience in retail management. Those experiences helped shape my customer-first approach and passion for helping people find the right solutions for their needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy skiing and have a background in fashion, which has given me an appreciation for creativity, attention to detail, and building strong relationships with people from all walks of life.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Our agency participates in a variety of local events throughout the year, including motorcycle events, antique shows, and other community gatherings. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Meg Ryan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
