ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and gained leadership experience in retail management. Those experiences helped shape my customer-first approach and passion for helping people find the right solutions for their needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy skiing and have a background in fashion, which has given me an appreciation for creativity, attention to detail, and building strong relationships with people from all walks of life.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Our agency participates in a variety of local events throughout the year, including motorcycle events, antique shows, and other community gatherings. We love being active in the community and building lasting relationships with the people we serve.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Meg Ryan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
