Position Summary Personal Caregiver – Louisville, Kentucky (Job ID: 2349514) Scope of Work As the Home and Community Bases Services Aide, you will support individuals to remain in their own homes by providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Primary Responsibilities Provide personal care and assist with activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders. Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed. Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system. Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs. Required Qualifications Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit. Preferred Qualifications 6 months or more of home care experience. Current CPR certification or ability to complete certification within 90 days of hire. Ability to work flexible hours. Compensation and Benefits The hourly wage for this role ranges from $14.00 to $25.05 per hour for full‑time employment, based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.
