Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces meet cleanliness and maintenance standards. Manage the housekeeping budget, labor costs, supply inventory, and amenities. Oversee ordering, stocking, and usage of supplies, ensuring proper inventory control. Develop and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Collaborate closely with maintenance, front desk, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Address and resolve guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards, addressing any issues identified. Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping manager, or assistant executive housekeeper. Strong focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. Effective engagement with guests and seamless collaboration with team members.
