Inventory Control Tech Location: Pelion, SC Schedule: Monday-Thursday & Saturday | 5 PM – 3 AM (Schedule subject to change) Pay: $16.50/hour + $1.00 shift differential + $0.50 after 90 days + $100.00 Weekly Attendance Bonus! Your Role: Inventory Control Tech As an Inventory Control Tech, you will verify accurate tracking, proper rotation, and efficient storage of products at our state‑of‑the‑art processing facility. Key Responsibilities Conduct repetitive case counts of produce on pallets. Compare electronic records with physical inventory and make necessary adjustments. Ensure proper product rotation and adherence to inventory control procedures. Operate a forklift to move palletized materials into and out of multi‑level racking. Label and stack boxes as needed in a fast‑paced refrigerated environment. Maintain compliance with company policies and food safety standards. Work independently and take initiative. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse setting. Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule. Good eyesight and attention to detail. Strong math and reading skills. Ability to work in a cold environment (36‑40°F) for extended periods. Work Environment Cold storage facility (36‑40°F). Heavy forklift and pedestrian traffic.
