Drive-to-Own Program Support Specialist
The KYO Group
The KYO Group is hiring a Field routine inbound driver support agent for the Drive to Own Program in the United States. You will handle high-volume calls, texts and emails, notify applicants of approval status, and assist with enrollment and billing setup. You will escalate insurance claims, warranty issues, and complex billing disputes across departments, update call logs, and create and close CRM tickets with accuracy. Strong communication and SOP adherence are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr The KYO Group
