Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a short-term 12-week contract assignment. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department, supporting day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, enabling them to quickly contribute to the team and support departmental goals throughout the duration of the assignment.

Job Title: Accounts Payable

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $20 to $23

Shift: 1st Shift 

What's the Job?

• Manage and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain organized records of all transactions and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in accounts payable or related finance roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite
