Quality Assurance Engineer

The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus. Eligibility requirements apply.What You Will Own & ImproveDevelop and maintain Inspection and Test Plans for turboexpander projectsReview project specifications to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirementsSupport manufacturing and production processes to verify requirements are followed and metCreate and maintain quality assurance documentationContribute to continuous improvement of the QA knowledge baseSupport delivery of high-quality, reliable turbomachinery products and ensure compliance with industry standardsTo Succeed, You Will NeedWhat You Already Know:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fieldMechanical aptitude and ability to develop technical knowledge of turboexpandersStrong technical writing skillsFamiliarity with API, ASTM, ASME standards (preferred)Physical Requirements/Essential Functions:Office and manufacturing environmentsAbility to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and safety boots.Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.In Return, We OfferWhat You Will Learn:SAP, Enovia, Wiki, SharePointCodes, standards and specifications applicable to turbo-expanders.This role reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and is part of a team of six people.Atlas Copco Mafi-Trench Company LLC is located on the beautiful Central Coast of California.
