Information Technology Project Manager

If you are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a variety of client-facing technology implementation and integration projects, this position is for you! As the IT Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple projects simultaneously while serving as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and clients. Manage a portfolio of client implementation, onboarding, and systems integration projects. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules. Coordinate project activities from kickoff through successful completion. Serve as the primary project contact for clients throughout each engagement. Communicate project status, milestones, timelines, risks, and key decisions. Ensure client expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate final project acceptance and successful delivery. Lead project teams consisting of technology, operations, sales, business development, and client stakeholders. Facilitate productive project meetings and drive accountability for action items. Balance competing priorities while maintaining momentum across multiple initiatives. Build strong working relationships with both internal and external partners. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization. Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, meeting notes, and project records. Provide regular reporting to leadership on project portfolio status. IT Project Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Information Technology, Systems Implementation, or a related field. Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
