Delivery Manager - Data & AI Managed Services We are seeking a high-impact Delivery Manager to lead strategic enterprise engagements focused on modern data platforms, AI enablement, analytics transformation, and business value realization. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise, consulting leadership, operational excellence, innovation mindset, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate has successfully led large-scale managed services and transformation programs across Retail, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment industries, while building high-performing global teams and driving measurable business outcomes through modern data and AI ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery and operational management of enterprise Data & AI managed services engagements. Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, business stakeholders, and technology leadership teams. Drive strategic roadmaps for data modernization, AI enablement, analytics transformation, and operational optimization. Build and scale high-performing global delivery teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore modes. Own delivery governance including KPIs, SLAs, financial management, risk mitigation, escalations, staffing, and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, innovation, and value-added services. Partner with client stakeholders to define and prioritize data products, business capabilities, and AI-driven use cases. Drive proactive consulting conversations around modernization, automation, data quality, governance, semantic models, and AI adoption. Lead architecture and solution discussions for modern cloud data platforms. Establish engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, accelerators, automation patterns, and operational excellence modes. Mentor technical leads and other team members while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with sales, pre‑sales, architecture, and executive leadership teams on proposals, estimations, solutioning, and strategic pursuits. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise data engineering, analytics, or data platform delivery. 5+ years leading large-scale managed services or consulting engagements. Proven experience managing complex global delivery teams across multiple geographies. Strong consulting mindset with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and drive business-focused outcomes. Deep expertise in Retail, Food & Beverage, and/or Entertainment industry domains. Strong experience building and operationalizing enterprise data products and analytics solutions. Demonstrated ability to drive account growth, innovation initiatives, and strategic transformation programs. Technical Experience Deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms and large-scale data ecosystems. Strong hands‑on architecture and engineering knowledge in data architecture, data lakehouse architectures, PySpark / Spark optimization, SQL and advanced data modeling, real‑time and batch data processing, data governance and data quality frameworks, CI/CD and DataOps practices, API and integration patterns. Experience with AI/ML enablement, semantic models, conversational analytics, or Agentic AI ecosystems is highly preferred. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, scalability, security, observability, and platform operation.
