Home Delivery Lead

As Home Delivery Lead, you will coach and mentor a team to deliver operational excellence across all warehouse and home delivery functions. The Lead will join a team that plays an integral role in the continuous elevation of our customer experience. Responsibilities Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety in accordance with federal, state, and local laws; maintain an exceptionally clean, neat, and orderly warehouse. Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate process. Allocate labor as needed throughout the departments; plan and inspire daily inbound and outbound workload for the warehouse operation. Participate in establishing department and associate‑specific goals, including productivity, quality, personal growth, and professional development. Assume responsibility for departmental goals including inventory control through cycle counts and participate in achieving goals on a daily basis. Requirements Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail in your work. 1+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment. RF scanning experience preferred; ability to facilitate change within the organization in a positive manner. Excellent communication skills; experience training and coaching associates. Comfortable with and ability to use, learn, and train new technology. Ability to monitor, maintain, and operate equipment and machinery. Must pass background and drug screen.
