Ability to understand and analyze business metrics and influence business/tech stakeholders. Structured thinking skills, capable of dealing with both high-level and micro-level details. Strong analytical, mathematical, logical, interpersonal, team management, and client management skills. Client and Delivery Management Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in client management, delivering presentations, and leading solutioning workshops. Engage in client communications regarding data understanding, exploration, strategizing solutions, etc. Excellent oral, written, and PowerPoint presentation skills. Technical Prowess: Extensive experience leading enterprise-level implementations in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and digital engineering programs involving technologies such as React, Angular, Spring Boot, .NET, Java, and API development. Experience delivering programs involving Cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools/services. Strong background in Agile practices, estimation methodologies, and quality management. Exposure to data and analytics solutions. Experience establishing architectural blueprints. Team Management & Growth Proven ability to manage, grow, and expand large engineering teams. Ability to drive technological excellence and build community best practices. Strong recruitment skills with experience in defining and evaluating key technical and interpersonal skills. Soft Skills: Effective communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and adapt quickly. Problem-solving skills to collaborate with UX and business teams to solve end-user problems and support transformation. Thought leadership and adherence to architectural best practices in client contexts.
