Strategic Delivery Lead - Banking & Finance

Synechron is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology delivery engagements for strategic banking clients in Dallas. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage P&L, and drive governance across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams to achieve predictable outcomes. The role requires 12-18+ years in IT services with 5+ years in banking programs, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models. #J-18808-Ljbffr Synechron
