This role operates as a client-facing delivery leader and escalation owner, managing distributed teams across LATAM and global hubs.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Delivery ExecutionLead multiple Salesforce engagements (implementation, enhancement, managed services)Ensure delivery against scope, timeline, cost, and quality commitmentsOwn delivery governance including:RAID managementSteering committee updatesDrive adherence to delivery frameworks (e.g., KITE or equivalent)Manage financials for engagements including:ForecastingMargin trackingAct as primary client-facing delivery leaderBuild CXO/VP-level relationshipsLead governance forums, QBRs, and executive reviewsOwn escalation management and ensure rapid issue resolutionTeam Leadership & Delivery OrganizationManage cross-functional teams:Solution ArchitectsQA / BA / PMsDrive accountability, delivery discipline, and ownership cultureSupport hiring, onboarding, and capability developmentMaintain delivery quality through:Standard SDLC practicesProactively manage risks and maintain mitigation plansEnsure compliance with security, data, and audit standardsCapacity & Resource ManagementPartner with Resource Management/TA for staffing plansEnsure optimal utilization and demand capacity planningAlign team composition with pipeline and delivery roadmapRequired Qualifications10+ years in IT services, with 5+ years in delivery/program managementProven experience managing distributed/global delivery teamsStrong understanding of:Excellent client-facing and executive communication skillsFluent English (Spanish preferred for Mexico)Preferred QualificationsExperience working in LATAM delivery modelsExposure to Salesforce industry clouds (FSC, Utilities, etc.)Background in consulting/service organizationsThe Ksquare Group does not and shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
