If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.About the RoleAs a (Sr) Business Recruiter on our growing Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner closely with business leaders on attracting and acquiring top talent for our non-technical, non-sales functions across the business.This is a full-cycle recruiting role with total ownership across sourcing, screening, and candidate / pipeline management. You'll be directly responsible for growing our corporate non-tech team while maintaining an extremely high bar which will require creative thinking and partnering across the business. This is an exciting opportunity with high exposure, visibility, and business partnering!This role is full-time and only open to NYC-based candidates who are open to coming into the office 2+ days/week. Our office is in the heart of Gramercy.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all corporate variable openingsPartner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processesProvide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timelyProactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, internal hires, etc)Continuously strengthen the Nourish employer brand & hiring process.
