HR Generalist Details:

Contract to Hire position
$ 30.00 / hour
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)

Job Details

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and compliance
Administer FMLA, short-term disability, and workers' compensation claims, including documentation and investigations
Partner with temporary staffing agencies to support hiring needs and ensure a positive experience for contract employees
Support HR operations, including orientation, employee engagement initiatives, and participation in safety and engagement committees
Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies, compliance with federal/state regulations, and company policy implementation

HR Generalist Qualifications:

Professional, detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working with an HRIS and/or payroll systems preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
