Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Arizona School Psychologist license required
• Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in an educational setting is highly desirable
• Strong assessment skills with knowledge of evaluation and re-evaluation processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Comfort working onsite and engaging with students, staff, and families face-to-face

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret standardized assessments for initial evaluations and re-evaluations within an elementary caseload
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support eligibility determination
• Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and other staff regarding students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all local, state, and federal guidelines
• Develop and implement strategies to foster positive student development and promote a supportive learning environment
