WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests with warmth and genuine curiosity -- understanding what they need before presenting what we have

• Guide guests through vehicle selection with confidence -- connecting Toyota's reliability, technology, and value to what matters most to each buyer

• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real experience, not a sales pitch

• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent follow-up and disciplined CRM use

• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience

• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores

• Stay current on Toyota's inventory, product lineup, and competitive positioning in the market

• Represent Crown Toyota of Ontario and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive sales experience preferred -- candidates from hospitality, retail, or consultative sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply

• A relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present, and you earn trust before you ask for the sale

• Self-motivated with a consistent track record of follow-through and results

• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication

• Clear, honest communicator -- Toyota guests appreciate straightforward conversations

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A genuine hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction with the care it deserves
