American Precast Concrete (APC) and Concrete Fence Installers (CFI) are growing rapidly throughout California, and we're looking for an experienced Home Improvement Sales Consultant to help us continue that growth. This isn't an entry-level sales position. It isn't a retail sales role. It isn't a call center. We're looking for someone who understands how to build trust with homeowners, create value, overcome objections, and confidently close high-ticket residential projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Generate new business through networking, referrals, self-prospecting, and community involvement Conduct in-home consultations and property evaluations Recommend customized fencing and wall solutions Prepare estimates, present pricing, and negotiate contracts Close high-ticket residential projects Maintain an organized CRM pipeline with consistent follow-up Coordinate with Operations for smooth project delivery

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of successful outside or in-home sales experience Proven history closing high-ticket residential projects A track record of building your own pipeline — referrals, networking, prospecting Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills CRM experience Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation Ideal backgrounds: Roofing, Solar, HVAC, Windows & Doors, Remodeling, Hardscape, Landscaping, Outdoor Living, Pools, Fencing, Building Products, Construction Materials, Home Improvement
