What You’ll Do Conduct in-home consultations and roof inspections Identify customer needs and present customized solutions Close residential exterior renovation projects Generate referrals and self-sourced opportunities Manage pipeline and track performance inside CRM This is a field-based, face-to-face sales role. You will be in control of your numbers. What We’re Looking For Competitive mindset Strong closing instincts High energy and resilience Comfortable discussing pricing and handling objections Valid driver’s license (required) Ability to drive a company vehicle Previous in-home sales experience is a plus, but not required.
