• Lead consultative sales conversations from initial discovery through final decision.
• Handle questions and concerns with confidence while building trust.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.

Compensation

Appointment Setters

Most team members earn approximately $1,000-$1,500 per week, depending on performance.

Sales Closers

Typical earnings begin around $2,000-$3,000 per week, with additional performance-based incentives.
