Sales Specialist

Inventory & Sales Optimization: Manage end-to-end procurement, sales, and inventory levels for stores in the city and surrounding areas. Ensure timely product shelving, maintain optimal stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks, and maximize store turnover rates. Distributor Coordination: Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors to guarantee seamless, on-time deliveries to all retail outlets. Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail stores within your assigned territory to increase brand coverage and market share. Brand Visibility & Merchandising: Oversee in-store image management, distribute and manage Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and enforce visual merchandising standards to elevate brand presence at every touchpoint. Retailer Relationship Management: Proactively engage with store managers through calls, written communications, and regular on-site meetings. Clearly communicate and delegate operational directives, marketing initiatives, and company policies to ensure full understanding and adherence to corporate standards. System Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate system records, log daily store visit data, monitor store staff for timely completion of scan-and-verification procedures, and manage the follow-up process for staff incentive programs. Promotional Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store promotional activities—including ad-hoc and irregular campaigns for key accounts to drive customer footfall and spike sales. Qualification Industry Experience : Extensive hands-on experience within the FMCG or retail industry, with a proven ability to manage new product launches and align cross-channel sales strategies Partner Management : Solid understanding of wholesaler partnership models and the chain-store retail landscape. Demonstrated ability to establish, grow, and leverage collaborative relationships to drive joint offline and online marketing activities that boost product exposure Field & System Proficiency : Willing and able to conduct regular retail store visits, with strong discipline in submitting accurate, timely statistical reports via internal management systems Communication & Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, capable of effectively bridging internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, end-to-end execution of all operational tasks Native or Fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandator y for all client communication, negotiations, and internal reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr LOST MARY
