As a key member of our construction team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a significant impact on our clients' success.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues

Required Skills:

• Experience in general construction and commercial building projects
• Proficiency in take-offs, PlanSwift, and change orders
• Knowledge of punch out lists, pre-construction, and metal framing
• Ability to work with construction drawings, submittals, and Prolog software
• Strong skills in scope development, building construction, and project closeout

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with PlanGrid and multi-family construction projects
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and building information modeling

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $90,000.00

Maximum Salary: $120,000.00
