As an Officer, you will be responsible for helping to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and associates by patrolling and monitoring the resort property, as well as controlling and operating the central communication system.

PA 235 certified officers are encouraged to apply.

Available shifts include AM and overnight.

Essential functions include guarding property and personnel against theft, vandalism, and illegal activities; patrolling buildings and grounds of the resort; warning violators of rules infractions; observing departing personnel to guard against theft of company property; recording data regarding accidents/incidents and conducting investigations; answering phone calls and communicating between security and other departments; utilizing electronic patrol devices; following established procedures for handling emergencies; packaging and shipping lost and found articles; fire/hazard detection and prevention; fostering good public relations with guests; accident prevention/first aid/CPR; key control; and other job duties as assigned.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required include a high school education, PA 235 certification, previous security experience, ability to stand/sit up to 8 hours at a time, fluency in English, good written and verbal communication skills, good organization skills, ability to work in a stressful environment, ability to obtain FEMA NIMS 700 and ICS 100 certificates, ability to work a variety of shifts, computer/email skills, and being a team player.
