RV Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced RV Service Manager to lead and oversee our service department operations out of Knoxville TN. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality repairs, efficient workflow, strong customer satisfaction, and effective team leadership in a fast-paced RV dealership environment. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity Supervise, train, and motivate RV technicians and service staff Ensure all repairs, warranty work, and PDI inspections are completed accurately and on time Work closely with Parts and Sales departments to coordinate repairs and deliveries Communicate with customers regarding service needs, timelines, and repairs Maintain compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines and industry standards Monitor service department KPIs, labor sales, and profitability Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service facility Qualifications: Previous experience as an RV Service Manager required.
