Director of Construction Operations

Contractor Staffing Source is hiring a Director of Construction Operations for one of our residential remodeling clients. We’re seeking an experienced residential construction leader to oversee multiple remodeling projects and Project Managers from pre‑construction through completion. Responsibilities Lead and hold Project Managers accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and client communication. Oversee project profitability, subcontractors, vendors, and trade coordination. Resolve complex project issues and keep jobs moving. Improve systems, processes, accountability, and production operations as the company grows. Qualifications 5+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or custom home experience. Experience overseeing multiple Project Managers and concurrent projects. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, budgets, margins, change orders, and trade coordination. Proven leadership, problem solving, and client communication skills. Experience helping a growing construction company improve operations and scale is strongly preferred. Compensation And Benefits Annual salary. Company vehicle. Paid time off.
