Digital Asset Management Analyst

Job Description This individual will serve as the primary administrator for Royal Caribbean's Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform while supporting its Media Asset Management (MAM) environment, with roughly 60% of their focus dedicated to DAM administration and 40% to MAM operations. They will manage day-to-day asset workflows, media ingestion, metadata tagging, cataloging, archiving, user access requests, and asset distribution while partnering closely with marketing, production, and creative teams. The role requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, responding to a high volume of ad hoc requests, troubleshooting issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows and asset organization. The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, and solution-oriented, with the ability to build relationships across departments, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure digital assets remain secure, accessible, and properly governed.
