Registered Nurse (RN)

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of one (1) year of recent long-term care (LTC) experience required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to meet all facility and Nextaff compliance requirements.

Background Check

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with state and facility requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Drug screening, health screening, TB testing, and immunization records may be required based on facility policies.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient transfers throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
