How our Frozen Gold team helps us serve the best Ice Cream:

• Greet customers immediately and offer explanation of product offerings and/or suggestions.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines when preparing soft serve ice-cream to recipe.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked working area and establishment.
• Demonstrates dexterity when operating machinery safely and preparing products.
• Act as a resource for guests regarding the restaurant, promotions, specials, staff, menu, hours of operation etc.
• Performs other functions as assigned by management (i.e. take out trash, wiping tables, stocking, preparing product, etc.)

Requirements:

• Weekend Availability
• 16+ please. Must be 16 years old to be hired.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 or more pounds.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours or more).
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

• 100% Stand for long periods of time.
• 75% Bend, stoop, lift and reach.
• 20% Lift and carry racks of up to 50 pounds, up to 80 times per shift; reaching and placing items on high shelves.
• 25% Use chemicals and cleaning materials according to safety regulations.
• 20% Flexible in performing other related tasks designated from manager.

ESSENTIAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials and watching videos.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• + 16 years old
