Job Duties:Have a substantial background of FQHC payersMinimum 3 years recent billing experience (within the last 2 years)Commercial billing experience - knowledge of CPT4, HCPC, and ICD-10 codes, ability to read EOB's in order to process the information needed from commercial payors (workers comp experience is a plus) Be able to submit claims through an electronic automated billing system as well as experience with mailing paper claims.Commercial AR experience - ability to understand EOB's and RA's from commercial payors with knowledge of appropriate actions to take for payment. Understanding of accounts receivable and aging reports, ability to process 75-90 accounts per day.10 key by touchInsurance verificationData entryProblem solving abilitiesCollect patient payments in person or over the phone and issue receipts.Ability to assist patients with questions and/or concerns regarding bills they received.Bilingual preferred Eager to learnMust be a TEAM PLAYER!Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Atwater, CA 95301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
