Company : Allegheny Health Network Job Description : Medical TECHNOLOGISTS (MULTIPLE OPENINGS) Jefferson Regional Medical Center seeks Medical Technologists (Multiple Openings) to work in Jefferson Hills, PA, and perform complex medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Responsibilities Perform routine and complex procedures using established criteria to provide quality clinical information. Verify analytic accuracy, precision, sensitivity and linearity for clinical tests. Operate, calibrate, check, and maintain laboratory instrumentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Medical Laboratory Science or a directly related field. Ability to work independently on afternoon and night shifts. Possession of an ICHP VisaScreen Certificate if applicable. American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Board Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist.
